At Tierra del Sol, each piece is carefully handcrafted, and we hope you will be completely satisfied. However, if an item is not to your liking, here is our return policy:

 

1. Deadline
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return the item by email to info@tierradelsol.ch.

 

2. Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their packaging if possible.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

3. Return costs
We will cover the return shipping costs.

 

4. Reimbursement
The refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.
We can also offer a voucher according to your preference.

 

5. Return address
Address provided by email.
